Lynn has an Honours degree in Psychology and her focus is in providing actionable insight to improve the customer experience, particularly for vulnerable groups.
Rob has over 20 years of business experience working in the finance, leisure, drinks and retail markets.
With a Masters degree in Business Administration, Rob's logical mind and vast experience, keep the team and the projects running smoothly and efficiently.
Away from the office you will find Rob on the golf course. Forrrreeeeeeeee!
Karen has over 25 years experience in marketing & market research and makes research fun for all.
She is a full member of the MRS & has an Honours degree in Social Psycology. Karen is trained in the "touch" process and is our workshop queen.
She has previously enjoyed lively spells at Kellogg's, Coca-Cola and ICI.
